New Zealand Chef, Matt Lambert,  has made a name for himself in the hardest market in the world - New York.  Recently he was celebrating the beauty of Marlborough's wine and food.  Ora King, alongside Mud House Wines, are major sponsors of Kaipupu Point Sounds Wildlife Sanctuary.  Tess Nicholsen, Editor WinePress, had a chat to Matt Lambert at the pop up restaurant fundraiser for the charity.
